Do you have something of value to trade in exchange for labor? Then contact us and see if we can make a deal!

Some electrical and internal Engine/Trans problems require more time to find the exact problem. 
In such cases the hourly rate will apply.

Lawn and Garden Euipment Labor rate is $35 per hour

Riding Mower and other equipment Labor Rate is $45.00 per hour 

ATV/UTV, Golf cart labor rate is $55.00 per hour
Tractor work will be charged at a rate of $65 per hour. (Limited to PM service and minor repair)

Minimum Diagnostic Fee Is equal to 1 hour of labor rate.
Hourly rate for diagnosis applies at labor rate.

All deposits are non-refundable! Deposits are required for all jobs estimated over $100 in the written estimate. If you choose to have us repair your equipment, a 10% part discount will apply to repairs performed by Kentuckiana Off Road LLC personnel.

Our Current Labor Rate Covers Shop Cost, Fuel, Maintenance, Insurances, Equipment, Labor and other Costs related to running a business.

We do not offer Credit Accounts.

All invoices are due on receipt or at time of service. 

Determining an exact problem with ATVs / UTVs, Scooters, Golf Carts, Go-carts, Mini bikes and other machines can take longer than an hour and in those cases we will contact you to discuss the problem. Equipment repairs vary greatly between machines and can only be estimated by physically 
inspecting and troubleshooting the machine.

Note: Prices are based on Average labor times and are only an estimate. Prices may vary slightly

Lawn equipment average costs of common repairs.

  • Carburetor Rebuilds on walk behind or push mowers average $65.00 plus parts
  • Carburetor Rebuilds on riding mowers can vary depending on number of cylinders, size of engine, type and model of mower and the brand of engine. The Hourly rate applies.
  • Changing deck spindles are on average $65.00 plus parts
  • Deck belt changes on average are $35.00 plus parts
  • Riding mower Drive belts are on average $55.00 plus parts
  • Oil changes on riding mowers $15.00 plus oil and/or oil filter if equipped
  • Oil changes for push mowers is on average $10.00 plus oil
  • Cable replacement on mowers is $20.00 plus parts on average.
  • All of these prices are to give our customers a rough idea how much repairs can cost.
  • The time required to do repairs can vary greatly and is subject to change.
  • We will make every effort to keep costs down and to notify our customers if repairs are more than 70% of equipment replacement costs.
All equipment is subject to a $5.00 per day storage fee if left over 7 days after notification on completed work.
Any piece of equipment left over 30 days after notification on completion is subject to being sold to pay for money due to Kentuckiana Off Road LLC.


An Onsite Service Call will be charged a $20.00 call out fee plus $2.00 per mile after 10 miles. 

Pick Up And Delivery Terms and Conditions
Pick Up & Delivery Is Currently Available
Call 270-617-0066 to arrange appointment.
Service Call Fee of $45.00 covers pickup and delivery (roundtrip)
up to 10 miles from our location. (Larger equipment may incur higher charges)
An additional $2.00 per mile after 10 miles and up to a 100 mile radius from our shop.
The owner of the equipment must sign our work order, damage waiver & pay deposits. 

Labor charges will begin when technician arrives on site and end upon completion of work performed.

Fees, deposits and parts are paid by the customer in advance by Credit / Debit card, Cash or Money Order and are Non-Refundable. Sorry, No Checks.
If you miss your appointment an additional return service fee of $45.00 will be assessed.
Equipment must be close to the street, in your drive or in yard close to your driveway and ready to be loaded.
Non-starting issues or flat tires are not easy to load and may require additional time to load. If for any reason your equipment is not easily accessible and/or loadable, the hourly shop rate applies.

Appointment times are strictly adhered to. We will give you a 30 minute window and expect your equipment to be ready.
You need not be present at the time of pick up, but is recommended.
You will agree that we are not responsible for theft damage or any other unforeseen problem that may arise from your being absent at the time of pick up and/or delivery.
You also agree that we are not responsible for any damage that may be accidentally caused by us, something or someone else in the transporting to or from our shop of your equipment.
